In short

• This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
• Fonts, photos and videos are loaded from our own server, not from third parties.
• The Calendly booking calendar only loads when you explicitly click “Load calendar”.
• We do not sell data and only share it with the service providers listed below.

Visiting the website and server log files

Our website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus). With every request the server records technically necessary information: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the referring page.

We need this information to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix errors. It is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short time. The legal basis under the GDPR is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More in Hostinger's privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

We set no cookies ourselves and store nothing in your browser, which is why this website needs no cookie banner. Calendly cookies are only created if you actively load the calendar (see below).

You can view, delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Booking with Calendly

To book the free first call we use Calendly, a service of Calendly LLC (USA). The calendar on this page only loads when you click “Load calendar”; until then no connection to Calendly is made. When it loads, your browser transmits your IP address, among other data, to Calendly, and Calendly sets its own cookies. If you use the direct link instead, you go to Calendly's website.

To book, you enter your name, email address, the time you choose and, if you like, a message. We use this information to prepare and hold the call. The invitation contains a link to a video call (for example Zoom or Google Meet), for which that provider's privacy terms also apply.

The legal basis is the consent you give by clicking and the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Calendly also processes data in the United States; according to Calendly, the transfer is based on the Data Privacy Framework between Switzerland, the EU and the US or on standard contractual clauses. Contact by email

When you write to us, we keep your message and contact details in our mailbox in order to reply. If an assignment follows, we keep the correspondence for as long as statutory retention obligations require (in Switzerland usually ten years for business records). Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted once they are dealt with, unless a retention obligation applies.

Links to social networks

We link to our profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn and possibly other networks. These are plain links: visiting our website transmits no data to these networks. Only when you click a link do you reach their pages, where their privacy terms apply.

Transfers abroad

Some of the providers named here process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the EU and the United States. According to the Swiss Federal Council, the EU and EEA states ensure an adequate level of data protection. For the United States we rely on the provider's certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may at any time ask what data we process about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to the processing, withdraw any consent you have given with effect for the future, and receive your data in a common format. Just write to us at info@ivisionstudio.ch.

If you believe we are not processing your data correctly, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); if you live in the EU, also the data protection authority of your country.

Data security

The website is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form over HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

Changes

We update this policy when the website or the legal requirements change. The version published here always applies.
